By placing order through this website, you will be agreeing to the following delivery terms.

*General

          Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this regard, we will ship available product to you and contact you whether you would prefer  to await restocking of the back ordered item or you would like to process refund in case of advance payment.

*Shipping Costs

      Mojan Mart is providing free delivery all over Pakistan. Fresh flower arrangements orders are delivered only at Lahore.

*Delivery Terms

     Normally domestic deliveries will take around 3 to 6 working days. If delivery time exceeds contact us so we can investigate and resolve issue.For fresh flower deliveried will be done on same day .

*Change of Delivery Address

    For change of delivery address, we are able to change it any time before its been dispatched.

 

*Tracking Notification

   Upon dispatch, customer will receive a tracking link from which they will able to follow progress of their shipment.

*Cancellation

  If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are not able to accept cancellations at any time after the order has been dispatched. If order has already been proceeded, please refer to our refund policy

*Insurance

  Parcels are insured for loss and damaged up to the value as stated by courier.
