RETURN POLICY

You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

No Return For Flower Arrangements

There is no return policy for fresh flower arrangements orders.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us  . Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
